Prevention, universally known simply as "The Academy" to all, is a countywide association
of instructional institutions that offer professional-level classroom instruction
in a respectful, non-competitive, learning-rich environment to a very wide range
of Students. In addition to investigation instruction, The Academy also provides
the very best loss prevention instruction as well as other very special and important
instruction dedicated to child protection, which The Academy takes very seriously.
Our schools are conveniently located in metropolitan areas as well as suburban areas in Maricopa County,
providing excellent instruction seven days per week. The Academy offers instruction
in its own classrooms as well as in hosts' classrooms for added convenience and
schedule flexibility. There is a wealth of information here on our website. Review

About The Academy
Excellence in Education
The Academy is a professional private postsecondary instructional institution that provides professional-level training for Private Investigators, Loss Prevention Professionals, Security Agents and Officers, Law Enforcement Officers and Agents, and Investigators. A wide and full range of topics are taught that are specifically designed to raise the practitioner's level of overall competence and broaden expertise.
The Academy also provides professional-level training for Human Resources Professionals, business owners, business executives, business supervisors, staff, and management trainees in all areas of loss prevention.
Also, The Academy offers training for parents, grandparents, and educators related to child protection, which The Academy takes very seriously.
Training is delivered via The Academy's more than 20 proprietary courses and more than 20 proprietary seminars. The Academy supports its courses and seminars with a series of proprietary textbooks that have been authored by experts drawn from across the USA.
There are Academy units across the county that will cater to the training needs of all these professionals as well as the public.
